How it works

From first call to a matched, trained VA supporting your agency.

  1. Discovery call
    A free 30-minute call about your agency, your programs and the tasks you need covered.
  2. Shortlist
    We screen applicants for skills, English, internet and home care knowledge, then send you options.
  3. Interview
    You meet the candidates and pick the best fit.
  4. Agreement & BAA
    We sign a simple service agreement, plus a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) whenever your VA will handle patient information.
  5. Training & onboarding
    Your VA completes our HIPAA and home care training, then learns your workflows.
  6. Ongoing check-ins
    Monthly check-ins with you, plus one free replacement if you ask within the first 10 business days after your VA starts (see Pricing).
